What is NLP

NLP is the abbreviation of Neuro - to do with the neurological system (the process of our experiences via our five senses - sound, sight, taste, smell and touch). Linguistic - how we express/communicate our verbal and non-verbal language / experiences with others. Programming - how we do what we do (the sequence of our inner communications to produce results).

NLP helps You discover how You do, i.e bad habits/negative thought processes, that result in low self-esteem/self-belief.

How Can NLP Help?

NLP helps You change the way You do what You do. Once You know how 'You do what you do' You can then replace negative and limiting beliefs about yourself, with positive thoughts to achieve high self-esteem and/or motivation and also consider any changes You may like to make. You can then create a model which allows You to produce positive results/outcomes.

NLP is also beneficial in areas of continued personal [development], counselling, public speaking, and the challenges caused by our phobias/irrational fears.

How I Work With You

I will work with you at every step. Should You wish to do so, You can have NLP as a stand-alone therapy or to enhance your counselling sessions.

HOW IT WORKS

I offer NLP on a one-to-one basis once a month in Islington at the The Healthy Living Centre. During our free telephone consultation we would decide whether a number of smaller sessions, or one longer session would be best for you and your needs.
